• Full payment is required within 14 days of making a booking. 
  • If trip is booked within 14 days of travel date, payment is required at time of booking.
  • Reservation will be cancelled if not paid by payment deadline.
  • Please call or fax us with your credit card information or mail a check in USD.
  • All fares are in US Dollars.
• White Pass will assess a $10 penalty per person on a paid reservation if cancelled for any reason. 
  • Cancellation may be made up to 24 hours prior to departure to receive a refund (minus penalty). 
  • If cancellation is made within 24 hours of departure time, customer forfeits all rights to a refund.
  • If passenger count is reduced after payment, White Pass will assess a $10 penalty per person for those passengers not traveling. 
  • Date and time changes can be made at no charge, provided there is availability.
• Your ticket will be held at the White Pass Depot in downtown Whitehorse, located at Front & Main, and must be picked up before you hike the trail.
• Hot meals are available for pre-purchase for $15 each. Meals are served family style at Bennett Station and include a hearty beef stew, homemade bread, apple pie, coleslaw, & hot coffee/tea.  Vegetarian stew available upon request.
• Please present your six digit confirmation number at the White Pass Ticket Window to exchange it for your ticket.
